The Trip Editor is a UK-based bespoke travel planning service offering tailored holidays, curated itineraries, and concierge-style add-ons. We operate as an independent member of The JLT Group.

2. The Legal Stuff

All travel bookings made through The Trip Editor are subject to The JLT Group Booking Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply to all services provided and bookings made on your behalf.

3. What We Offer

We provide:

  • Bespoke Holiday Planning — full-service bookings including flights, accommodation, and day trips

  • Tailored Itineraries — curated travel plans with restaurant and experience bookings

  • Add-On Services — optional extras like dinner reservations and local activities (available at additional cost)

We do not sell travel insurance, but we’re happy to recommend providers.

4. Planning Fees & Payments

  • Planning fees are confirmed upfront and non-refundable once the service begins

  • Travel bookings are priced and governed by the relevant third-party providers

  • Additional concierge services may incur extra fees

5. Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellations follow the policies of the travel providers we book with (hotels, airlines, etc.)

  • The Trip Editor is not liable for changes or cancellations initiated by these providers

  • Planning fees remain non-refundable

6. Our Role

We act as your travel planner and agent, not the supplier.
Your contract for any service (flight, hotel, transfer, etc.) is with the service provider themselves.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, photography, and visuals on this website are owned by The Trip Editor.
Please do not reuse without written permission.

8. Liability

We recommend trusted partners but cannot guarantee their service delivery.
It is your responsibility to arrange appropriate travel insurance for your trip.
